On the 11th December Life Gym will be hosting our next Martial Arts Honbu Grading and Graduation.
This is a momentous occasion where all our Freestyle, Muay Thai and Kalah students come together to complete their next level grading or progress check.
What does Honbu mean?
A Dojo is a hall or place for immersive learning or meditation. Honbu simply means meeting place.This Honbu grading you will notice some slight changes to our Grading and Graduation times, these allow all students to have adequate time to complete their gradings and to have belt presentation completed.

We encourage all our students to invite family and friends to come and celebrate this occasion with them as it’s a big step in your Martial Arts journey and should be celebrated as you’ve worked hard to get to where you are right now and where you are heading in your journey.
Please ensure you have paid all your grading fees prior to the day to speed up your check in process and to ensure all gradings commence on time, we advise arriving to your designated grading or graduation time at least 15 minutes prior to the start time.
